- Live Demonstration, Video Reinforcement and DVD In response to an organizational breakdown in compliance, SCC presented an interactive demonstration for the organizations leadership focusing on reporting and retaliation followed by a facilitated discussion on how to create an open and honest work environment. Video vignettes were then developed and provided on DVD for leadership to use to provide training throughout the organization.
- Video Shorts on Gift Policy A series of humorous video shorts were created to be distributed to the 50,000 person workforce as greeting cards reinforcing their corporate policy about not accepting vendor gifts.
- Ethics/Compliance Keynote Keynote focusing on corporate integrity at a global leadership conference. This keynote was structured as 1/3 presentational, 1/3 demonstration and 1/3 interactive participation utilizing humor, exercises and facilitated discussion to foster honest and open conversations about leadership and ethics.
- Ethics/Compliance Global Communication Strategy Developed to provide a creative, integrated approach to raise awareness about ethics and compliance issues throughout the organization including front line workers, suppliers, mid-level managers, domestic and global leadership. The program plan included creative concepts that targeted each audience segment at multiple touch points to increase awareness and lead people to learning solutions. Program includes reaching leadership through live events, videos to highlight issues and audio podcasts to demonstrate best practices. Roll out of plan is ongoing.
- Quarterly Video Series A quarterly video series is being developed focusing on various ethics/compliance topics for distribution throughout the organization's 70,000 employee workforce. Initial topics include honesty in reporting, labor charging, and ethical leadership.
- Ethics/Compliance Talk Show Talk show at national sales conference. This program included a Second City host teeing up talking points with light questions and a little fun, turning a podium speech into a conversational dialogue with the audience. The show was augmented with custom written sketches as "commercial breaks" to reinforce the ethics/compliance agenda.
