WHAT WE OFFER
Discovery, Design and Creative Concepting - Developing the Plan: SCC in collaboration with you will develop an ethics/compliance communication program plan. SCC will kick things off with our creative development process (click to expand) which is rooted in three stages of discovery, design and creative concepting. This initial stage enables us to identify and address the key ethics/compliance issue(s) with a specific programmatic plan. Starting off with a consultative approach, we will interview your key stakeholders and collect information which we will utilize to develop creative learning platforms that integrate with organizational training and communication campaigns. We will bring these programmatic ideas to life for stakeholders with multiple concepts, each with activation plans, budget parameters and timelines, which allows you to help shape the direction, prior to any investment in production.
Custom Written Live Shows, Workshops, Talk Shows and Keynotes: To reach leadership, management and other key constituents at conferences and events. These programs are built with custom content (click to expand) created by SCC to dramatize ethics issues and connect with audiences powerfully. Through our collaborative, creative process, we'll engage your audience through custom-written scenes, role-playing, skill-building exercises, and honest debriefs & takeaways to introduce or reinforce learning points. As part of a larger program or stand-alone at a meeting, we'll help you to facilitate honest and open conversations with your group around ethical issues relevant to them.
Video / Audio / Web: For organizations with a geographically dispersed workforce (domestically and globally), we can help you cascade your ethics/compliance campaigns across the organization, using a variety of capabilities and tools.
- Videos: We can create short, punchy, bite sized video content that people enjoy watching (click to expand) to highlight or draw attention to most any policy issue, learning initiative or internal communication. We use humor to draw employees in, set context and lead them to learning solutions. Your message is important and you need people to pay attention and connect to the material. We can help you do that.
- Audio Podcasts: Looking for an inexpensive way for executives to share knowledge, personal stories and lessons (click to expand) about specific ethics/compliance issues relevant to their functional area? Try our audio podcast series. These podcasts are hosted by an informed and intrepid Second City personality, who will bring candor and energy to the program and tee-up your guests for success, with smart questions that allow them to talk honestly about their experience. Straight interviews, radio-style shows, game shows, and audio with animation are all great techniques to get information out to people using entertainment and rich media principles.
- Interactive Microsites: These custom built websites are housed on your company intranet to create a repository for all your ethics/compliance information.
